Really can't believe it is Christmas. The temperature is fairly mild...today it is raining. We haven't hardly seen snow. (probably shouldn't complain) And with all the extra crap going on in my life- don't even feel feastive. BUT did manage to set up closing for the townhouse for tomorrow. Wish me luck.

Fingers crossed for the closing. Hoping your holiday ends up like the end of A Christmas Carol--you know, happy, and God Bless Us, everyone kinda stuff.
