Update time. I have been working like a dog! Very busy- which is good in a way, but since it was slow before I made plans to visit with friends, and now that I am swamped, I am unable to travel. I still have hopes to visit- don't count me out yet!

Filed my "motion to dismiss" paperwork and feel pretty good about that. Traveled all over the court house to file my motion, every time I got to the next desk, the clerk would send me somewhere else. I have vowed to take the stairs and hiked up and down the three story courthouse.

Off this weekend to hook up with my podiatry school buddies in Chicago. Will post photos on Monday.

Move over Podiatry World! I did some research at the library and filed a motion to dismiss my lawsuit! Not sure what happens next, but I feel I have a 50/50 for dismissal. Really it is most likely a stall for time and the inevitable of hiring a lawyer.
Doing more home improvement projects. Just framed a poster using three mats! Aaron did most of it. But I thought of the idea. I attached a photo!

Just as I thought I had turned the corner on the black cloud following me, I have run into more bad luck! Over the last week or so, I have learned that creditors seeking damages from my old employer forced them into "involuntary bankruptcy" which means all the money I have been chasing for the past 18 months has just gone down the drain. I stand to barely recoup my lawyer fees. To top it off, I got served papers on a lawsuit filed against ME! Total crap- but a purchaser of one of my town homes is trying to sue me.
Calgon take me away!!!
Anyone hear from Stokes lately? What is up with her? I am trying to touch base with her to check her summer vacation schedule. Is she pregnant??? Just a feeling I have.

Went to the dentist today. I am doing myself a favor and modifying my teeth. I won't give away all my secrets (want to see if anyone will notice) but since most if not all of my loyal readers do not see my regularly, I will share. I am having the front teeth fixed so they will look even in color. Currently they have areas of bright white splattered randomly over dull white/ivory. I don't like it and a lot of people comment on my smile and I secretly wonder if they notice this fault.
How superficial!!! But it is a treat for myself. I was going to do it at Christmas but the whole process takes quite a bit longer than I thought. I still don't have it done...just filed my teeth down a bit today. Yummy.... teeth dust!!! Sorry if I gross you out. Can't wait for the finished result!!!
